In a pan, heat the olive oil, half the butter, and sauté the onion
Add the tomato, salt, and pepper
Let it cook for 15 minutes over low heat
In a skillet, heat the remaining butter and sear the fish
Cut into strips and mix with the tomato sauce
Wrap the pasta in the sauce, sprinkle parsley, and serve immediately.
