1 large onion diced
2 tomato halves without seeds
10 sprigs of parsley (leaves chopped)
4 green scallions chopped
3 cloves of garlic minced
4 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 small pepper diced
2 tablespoons of butter
to taste
1 liter of water
20 ears of green corn
1 can of heavy cream

Temper the beef with onion, tomato, parsley, scallion, garlic, tomato paste, and pepper
Saute in a pan with butter for about 10 minutes
Mash the corn and add it to the water, stirring well
Combine this liquid with the mashed corn
Pass through a sieve and add the resulting liquid to the pan with the beef
Cook until boiling well and cream is cooked
Taste for salt
Add heavy cream
Mix and serve
If the cream is too thick, add a little more water
Serve in 12 portions.
