500g of lean beef, cut into thin strips

1 diced onion
1 mashed garlic clove
1 zucchini cut into slices
1 cup (chopped) of cabbage cut into strips
1 cup (chopped) of snap peas
1 tomato cut into cubes
1 cup (warm) of water
1 beef broth cube, crumbled
Salt to taste

In a pan, heat half the oil and sauté the diced onion and mashed garlic clove until golden brown
Add the zucchini, cabbage, tomato, and beef strips
Season with salt and simmer for 1 minute more
On the side, sear the beef in the remaining oil
Combine the vegetables and stir carefully
Add the warm water, crumbled beef broth cube, and simmer for 5 minutes
If desired, serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
