3 cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups milk
1 cup chopped green olives
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

3 slices of pork Italian-style breakfast bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces and without rind

Soak the pork in milk for 5 minutes
Combine with other ingredients and mix well to form a dough
Heat the vegetable oil over high heat
With the dough, shape into balls about 3 cm in diameter
When the oil is hot, fry them and drain on paper towels.
