4 mignon beef steaks
1/2 teaspoon of paprika, ground
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of dried oregano
3 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and chopped into sticks
3 cups of oil (for frying)
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Season the beef steaks with broken paprika mixed with salt and dried oregano, then reserve in the refrigerator

Cut the potatoes into sticks and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes
Drain well and pat dry with a clean cloth

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat
Fry the potato sticks until they start to brown
Drain excess oil on paper towels and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese mixed with thyme

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and cook the beef steaks on both sides
Serve with the fries.
