1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a bowl, combine yeast, sugar, salt, and lukewarm milk
Mix until the yeast is dissolved
Add butter, wheat flour, egg, and mix well
2 Divide the dough into six parts and let it rest for 30 minutes
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, forming a strip
Glanze with melted butter and roll like a roulade
3 Cut slices of 1cm width and shape the miniesfias by pressing the center of each slice with your finger
Filling
1 In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, butter, onion, tomato, salt, and pepper
2 Place a portion of the filling on top of each miniesfiha
Arrange in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
