Cut the figs and goat cheese into bite-sized pieces
Arrange the cheese, figs, and bread on a flat surface, alternating between layers
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon
Place under the broiler for a quick gratin
Season with freshly ground black pepper just before serving.
