3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 small onion finely chopped
2 cups of washed and drained rice
Salt to taste
3 cups of water
1 cup of fish broth
1 cup of fat cut into strips of sausage
1/2 cup of raisins
6 shrimp cut into large pieces
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion and parsley

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil, add the onion and cook until soft
Add the rice
Season with salt, add water and fish broth
After it starts to boil, reduce heat and cover the saucepan
When there is still some liquid left (about 3 minutes before turning off the heat), mix in the sausage and raisins
Cover the saucepan again and let the cooking finish
Release the rice with a fork, gently mix in the shrimp, onion, and parsley
Serve immediately.
