2 cups of rice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 chopped onion
1 minced garlic
4 cups of hot water
2 cups of mint leaves
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 liter of milk
1 and 1/2 cups of cream
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
Salt and black pepper to taste
Shredded cheese to taste

Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until they start to brown
Add the washed rice and stir-fry until it starts to stick together in the pan
Add the hot water, stir, and season with salt
Cook until the rice is tender and set aside still warm
If needed, add more water
Mash the mint leaves with vegetable oil and set aside
Mix the milk, cream, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until a creamy sauce forms
Remove from heat, add the mashed mint, and stir vigorously
Add the warm rice and mix carefully with a wooden spoon
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and serve immediately.
