1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
Season the ground beef with lime juice
In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened
Fry the ground beef until browned, stirring constantly
2 Add the grated carrot, green peas, tomato, and olives
Season with salt and black pepper
Let it cook for 5 minutes over low heat, then remove from heat and sprinkle with scallions. Reserve
3 Peel the bananas and cut them lengthwise into thin slices
Dust with wheat flour
Fry them in hot oil until golden brown
Place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Reserve
4 Butter a medium-sized baking dish with olive oil and sprinkle with ring-shaped pastry dough
Layer the rice, banana slices, ground beef patty, and Minas cheese
Beat the eggs with salt and pour slowly over the rice
5 Mix Parmesan cheese with ring-shaped pastry dough and sprinkle on top
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown
Serve immediately.
