1 cup of rice

Shred the coconut
Squeeze the shredded coconut to obtain about 3/4 cup of thick cream
Set aside
Strain the cooked black beans over a bowl, reserving the liquid
Add the reserved liquid and salt to taste to the cooked rice in a pot
When the rice is almost tender, add the thick coconut cream and let it cook until the end.
