3 cups of rice

1/2 cup of green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1/2 cup of yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1/2 cup of raisins

100 g of dried shrimp, desalted

4 cups of chicken stock
Salt and black pepper to taste
Remove the skin from the sausages and crush them. Reserve
Season the fish with salt and black pepper
In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sear the chicken pieces. Reserve
In another pan, heat the remaining olive oil and cook the calabresa sausage
Add the chicken breast, beef cubes, and refry until browned, stirring constantly
Add the pork ribs and garlic and fry lightly
Add the rice and stir-fry for 3 minutes
Add the mixed broths and season with salt and black pepper to taste
Partially cover the pan and simmer over low heat until the meat is tender
If needed, add more hot water gradually
While that's cooking, cook the mandioca and lima beans separately until al dente, or slightly firm
When the rice is almost cooked, add the shrimp, mandioca, lima beans, bell peppers, and raisins
Mix with a fork and serve immediately.
