3/4 cup (ch) of milk
1 cup (american) of fresh heavy cream
4 tablespoons of sugar
Drops of vanilla extract
1/2 envelope of unflavored white gelatin
100 g of crystallized fruits
3 bananas
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
Confectioner's sugar to dust
100 g of rice

Cook the rice in a pan with boiling water and salt, for 15 minutes
Drain, add milk, half the heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and cook for another 8 minutes
Remove from heat, stir in the dissolved gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions, and add crystallized fruits
Let cool
Whip the remaining heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the rice
Melt butter and brown sugar in a pan, then coat banana slices with the mixture
Place individual serving molds with melted butter at the bottom, then add 3 banana slices each
Assemble the forms by alternating layers of rice and bananas
Chill for 4 hours
Unmold and serve dusted with confectioner's sugar.
