Aquatic the fat in a pan, add the onion and garlic until the onion becomes transparent
Add the rice and stir until it turns golden brown, adding more fat if necessary
Place this rice in a two-liter pot, add the broth and cover tightly
Let it reach boiling point and simmer slowly until the rice becomes tender, 16 to 20 minutes
Remove the lid and let the rice dry
