Fry the eggs until the whites and yolks are well set. Reserve
In a large skillet, melt the butter and add the onion and shallot
Cut the egg into small pieces and add it to the skillet
Add the potato straws, tirolean onion, and mix quickly
Finally, add the rice, bacon, and parsley
Mix well and serve immediately
Tirolean Onion
Cut the onion into 1/2-centimeter thick strips. Reserve
Pour the beer into a large bowl
Soak the onion rings in the beer for several minutes
Drain and rinse with cold water
Season with salt and coat the onion rings in wheat flour
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
