4 firm bananas

Orange Marmalade:
1/2 cup of orange zest
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of ground cinnamon
3/4 cup of boiling water

1 tablespoon of grated orange rind
1/4 cup of orange juice
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Mix together the sugar, salt, cinnamon, and cornstarch
Gradually add in the boiling water
Ferment while stirring constantly for 5 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients
After preparing this sauce, place the bananas in a greased baking dish and bake
Cover with the sauce and serve.
