6 medium-sized bananas (780 g), ripe, peeled

Preheat the oven to 200°C (hot)
Cut twelve squares of parchment paper or aluminum foil, each measuring 25 cm x 30 cm and place them two by two
Keeping the papers stacked, prepare the packages (see illustration 1 on page 4)
Distribute the bananas among them and reserve
In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and spread this cream evenly over the bananas
Close the packages and arrange them in a baking dish
Place it in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes
Serve immediately in the same package.
