6 peeled bananas
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1/2 cup of warm honey
1 pinch of salt
1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cup of shredded coconut
12 champagne biscuits
1/2 cup of whipped cream

Cut the bananas into quarters lengthwise
Then cut them into 2cm pieces
Bake the bananas in butter in a skillet
Add honey, salt, and lemon juice; simmer
Remove from heat and add 3/4 cup of shredded coconut
Cut the biscuits in half and place 12 halves with the cut side up around the serving dish
Cover with the banana mixture; surround with remaining biscuits with the cut side down
Sprinkle with remaining coconut and top with whipped cream.
