Place the butter in a hot skillet
Add the brown sugar and cinnamon
Cook for 1 minute until bubbly
Add the bananas and cook for 2-3 minutes
Stir until they're well coated with the sauce
Pour in the rum and ignite the flames
Add the orange or lemon zest, juice, pecan praline crumbs, and stir delicately
Finish by sprinkling with shredded coconut.
