Preheat the oven to medium temperature
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg
In another bowl, mix together the mashed banana, sugar, melted butter, milk, and egg
Add to the flour mixture and mix well
Add the walnuts and mix again
Distribute the batter among the liners, filling 3/4 of the capacity
Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Remove from the oven, let cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes
Unmold and serve.
