1 box of lemon-flavored gelatin
1/2 cup hot water
1 strip of lemon zest
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 large eggs, separated
1 can of sweetened condensed milk

Add the gelatin, hot water, and lemon zest to a blender
Blend at high speed for 20 seconds
Combine the lemon juice and egg yolks
Blend for a few more seconds
Add the sweetened condensed milk and blend again
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the mixture carefully
Pour the mixture into 6 small cups and refrigerate until firm
Let it sit at room temperature for 6 hours.
