1/4 cup brandy (60 ml)

In a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water (do not let it boil), melt the chocolate pieces, stirring gently
Set aside
In an electric mixer, beat the egg and sugar at high speed until light and fluffy (about 15 minutes)
Add the melted chocolate and mix well
Add the brandy and stir with a spatula
Divide among six serving cups and serve immediately
