Paste: Mix the flour with salt and baking powder
Add the cold butter, cut into pieces, and mix until a coarse crumb forms
Add the egg and mix until the dough comes together
Form a ball with the dough and wrap it in plastic film
Refrigerate for 10 minutes
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into circles
Use each piece of dough to form individual cups, creating a nest-like shape
Cover the bottom of each cup with raw beans and bake in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes
Remove the beans and return the nests to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until they are crispy
Let cool
Filling: Combine all ingredients in a frying pan and cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until the liquid has evaporated
Let cool
When serving, place a small amount of filling in each pastry cup and garnish with whipped cream or ice cream.
