Whisk together the flour and salt
Add the butter or margarine, cut into small pieces, and mix until a coarse crumbs form
Gradually add the cold water, mixing until a dough forms
Shape the dough into small pieces and fill greased barquette molds
Poke the dough with a fork
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) until the dough is lightly browned
Let cool slightly before removing from molds
Let cool completely and fill with your choice of fillings
