Cook the spaghetti al dente, drain and mix with butter or margarine
Reserve it without letting it cool down
Set aside, still warm
Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until softened
Add the tomato extract, salt, and black pepper
Turn off the heat
Stir in the yogurt, mixing well
Combine with the pasta, mix well, and serve
