4 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of margarine

1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of milk

3 tablespoons of olive oil
500g ground beef
Chopped onion
Minced garlic
Diced tomato
1/4 cup of chopped green olives
Salt and pepper to taste
Beaten egg for brushing

1 In a bowl, combine flour, margarine, eggs, baking powder, and salt
Mix with fingers, gradually adding milk until you get a soft dough
2 Wrap in plastic film and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Filling
1 Heat olive oil in a pan and cook ground beef, stirring constantly
Add onion, garlic, tomato, and cook for three minutes
Add olives, salt, and pepper
Let it cool
2 Preheat oven to 180°C
Open the dough and use a 5cm diameter cookie cutter to cut out 24 circles
Place one portion of filling on 12 circles, cover with another circle, and seal edges with fork
3 Use a cookie cutter in flower shape to cut out leftover dough and decorate tarts
Arrange them on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
