1 1/2 cups (chopped) of mayonnaise
12 slices of bread without crust

Mix the shredded chicken, carrot, green peas, corn, parsley and season with salt, olive oil, lemon juice and 1/2 cup of mayonnaise in a bowl
In a refrigerator, interleave layers of bread with layers of filling
Cover with the remaining mayonnaise and decorate to taste
Refrigerate until chilled.
