2 beef steaks (500g)
2 cups of parsley leaves
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of beef or chicken broth
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons of butter or margarine

Cut each steak in half. Reserve
Heat the olive oil in a pan
Saute the garlic and parsley until the leaves wilt
Add the beef broth
Mix well
Remove from heat
Blend the mixture with flour in a blender
Pour the gravy into the pan, bring to a simmer, and stir until thickened. Reserve
In a skillet, add some butter or margarine
Heat it up and fry each steak at a time
Serve hot with the warm gravy.
