Remove the vinegar leaves and place them in a pot with water to cook
Crush the sesame seeds in a mortar or blender
Set aside
Wash the shrimp several times, season with onion, tomato, bell pepper, parsley, and garlic pounded with salt
Then sauté well in olive oil
Set aside
When the vinegar is cooked, strain it and blend it with the water it was cooked in using a blender
Make the white rice with this broth
When the rice starts to dry out, add the shrimp with sesame seeds and mix into the rice
Serve well mixed
