1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup of stuffed olives, cut into large pieces
1/2 pound of meat ring
125g of pork meat ring
1 medium onion, chopped
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon of mustard
to taste
3/4 cup of tomato puree
1 slice of morning bread, broken into small pieces
salt to taste
1/2 cup of ketchup

Preheat the oven
Lightly grease a ring-shaped mold
Spread ketchup at the bottom of the mold
Sprinkle with olive slices
Mix in all remaining ingredients and press firmly into the mold
Bake for 1 hour or so
Drain any fat that may have formed and unmold onto a serving plate.
