4 chicken breasts
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt to taste
1 egg
1 cup (chopped) of wheat flour
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup (chopped) of all-purpose flour for breading
Oil for frying
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tomatoes, peeled and diced
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons chopped green olives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs
4 chicken breasts

Season the chicken breasts with lemon juice and salt
Beat the egg and reserve
Mix together the wheat flour and Parmesan cheese. Reserve
Coat the chicken breasts in all-purpose flour, beaten egg, and finally the wheat flour and Parmesan mixture
Heat enough oil to fry the chicken and cook it on both sides until golden brown
Drain and set aside
In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté garlic, and add diced tomatoes
Season with salt and pepper
Let it simmer for three minutes
Turn off the heat, add chopped green olives and fresh herbs
Distribute the hot sauce over the fried chicken and serve immediately.
