In a bowl, combine the eggs, then the butter, milk, salt, and flour, stirring gradually
Take a portion of the dough and use it to line small molds
Place a little crab filling (recipe below) in each one and cover with the remaining dough (shaping slightly), press the edges, brush with egg, and bake in a hot oven for 20-30 minutes
Clean about 1/2 pound of crabs, cooking them
Soak them well, then add hearts of palm, cooked eggs, olives, thickening with an additional tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup of milk
