Wash the fish fillets and pat them dry
Spread mayonnaise on one side, making sure to cover evenly
Place a slice of mozzarella and a slice of ham on top, roll it up, and secure with toothpick
Do the same with the plantains, wrapping each one in mozzarella first, then ham
Grease a refrigerator-safe mold with half the butter and dust with breadcrumbs
Arrange the fish fillets and plantains in the prepared mold, alternating them
Drizzle the remaining butter over the top in small pieces
Place it in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until well cooked and the juices have been absorbed
Serve hot, around 6-7 portions.
