250 g of fresh Minas cheese, grated
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 can of chilled and unsalted heavy cream

Sift the wheat flour with the active dry yeast, create a well in the center and place the egg yolks, buttermilk, heavy cream, and salt
Mix carefully, only squeezing between your fingers, without overworking the dough
Next, open it up to the proper-sized muffin tins greased
Mix all ingredients and place them on top of the raw dough, filling almost to the top
Bake in a preheated oven until the surface is well browned
