500g of pasta
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 cup of finely chopped radishes and then into strips
1 small green pepper, cut into strips
1/2 medium cucumber, peeled and seeded, cut into strips
4 green onions, thinly sliced
6 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of white or red wine vinegar
1/2 cup of cream or creamy dressing for salad
salt and black pepper to taste

Break it up a bit and cook the pasta as usual
Drain
In a large bowl, mix everything together very well using 2 forks: pasta, olive oil, radishes, green pepper, cucumber, green onions, Parmesan cheese, vinegar, and cream or dressing
Season with salt and black pepper to taste and refrigerate
Serve on a salad plate
