Blend in a blender for 10 seconds, the butter or margarine, flour and salt
Then, with a rubber spatula, push the ingredients towards the center of the blender and blend for another 5 seconds
Place the dough in a bowl
Make a hole in the center of the dough and add cold water
Knead well and wrap the dough in pastry paper, letting it rest for 15 minutes
Finally, open the dough on a floured surface to a diameter of approximately 22 cm.
