In the medium bowl of an electric mixer, combine the flour, sugar, and salt
Make a hole in the center
Add the eggs, yogurt, and water
Beat everything well until the mixture is smooth
This pancake batter can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for several hours
If the batter becomes too thick, you can add an additional 1 tablespoon of water
Makes approximately 18-20 pancakes.
