Cook the pasta according to the package instructions
When cooking is complete, prepare the sauce
Chop the tomatoes into small cubes and set aside
Sauté the garlic in heated olive oil until golden brown
Add the tomatoes, salt, and black pepper, and stir for 1 minute
Turn off the heat and drain the pasta
Return the pasta to the pot and mix with the tomato sauce
Serve immediately with fresh parsley.
