Pour the flour onto a work surface
Create a depression in the center and place the butter, cut into small pieces, vegetable oil, grated ginger, egg yolks, lemon zest, and salt within it
Mix the ingredients together with your fingertips until well combined
Gradually mix the dough with the flour until it forms a soft ball
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more.
