4 peeled potatoes

120g all-purpose flour
1 diced onion
to taste salt and pepper
60g chopped ham
30g butter or margarine

Boil the potatoes in salted water
Mash and combine with flour, egg, salt, and pepper
Sauté the onions and ham in butter until golden
Roll out the potato mixture to 1cm thickness
Cut into rounds with a 1-cup glass and top half of the rounds with the ham filling
Place the remaining rounds on top and press edges together
Simmer in boiling water until they rise to the surface
Drain and serve with melted butter.
