1 jar of 500g mixed pickles

2 tablespoons of water

1 green pepper, seeded and sliced

Drain the pickles
Mix the liquid with vinegar to obtain a cup of liquid
Heat this liquid with sugar until it dissolves
Mix flour with water to obtain a paste
Add vinegar to the mixture
Cook stirring constantly until the mixture starts boiling
Let it boil for 1 minute
Join the peppers, mustard, and pickles
Cook slowly for 5 minutes
Pour over the pickles
Mix well
Let it cool
Chill in the refrigerator
Cut the crackers in half
Place a lettuce leaf on one side of each cracker
Top with beef slices
Add a spoonful of pickle relish on top
Cover with the other half of the cracker
If serving cold, store in the refrigerator and serve with any cold meat.
