Heat the olive oil in a pressure cooker and sauté the onion
Add the beans and stir lightly
Join the water, cover the pan, and cook for approximately 15 minutes
Meanwhile, cook the pork loin, ribs, and bacon in a separate pot with water for about 20 minutes or until the meat doesn't fall apart
Remove the cooking liquid from the meat
Season the meat and sauté it in olive oil
Add the cooked white beans, onion, and cook for another 5 minutes
When serving, place the beans only in a deep dish plate
Then, arrange the pork pieces, onion on top of them, and finish with toasted bread slices in a fan shape along the edge of the plate
Finally, garnish with fresh thyme sprigs and serve.
