1 tablespoon of English Worcestershire sauce

Fry the chopped onion, green pepper, and garlic in olive oil until soft
Add the flour and mix well
Join the tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce
Cook for 5 minutes
Reduce heat and season with salt and pepper
Wrap aluminum foil into squares
Place a fillet on each square and drizzle some sauce over each fillet
Wrap the fish in the aluminum foil without pressing the fish
Place the pouches in a baking dish and bake at moderate temperature for 45 minutes
Serve the pouches so that each person has enough sauce
