1 1/4 kg of fish fillets

1/2 kg of cleaned and deveined shrimp

Mash the cilantro with the onion, pepper, and tomatoes to obtain a paste
Add the salt and lime juice
Leave the fish in marinade with this mixture, along with the shrimp, for at least 1 hour
Place the fish and marinade in a covered pot
Add water and dendê oil and cook over medium heat, until the fish is cooked.
