1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 pound of tuna cut into pieces
1 lobster cut into pieces
1/2 pound of hake cut into pieces
300g of squid cleaned and cut into pieces
300g of medium shrimp
1/2 pound of prawns
3 cloves of garlic minced
to taste salt and black pepper
4 tomatoes, seeded
2 medium onions chopped
2 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 cup of parsley flakes (dried)
2 sprigs of rosemary
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
1 tablespoon of hot paprika
1 pound of mussels scrubbed
1/2 cup of olive oil

Season the hake and tuna with salt and black pepper
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat, add olive oil, and fry the lobster
Remove the lobster from the pan and set aside
Fry the tuna and hake together with the squid for several minutes
Add the shrimp and prawns in batches, cooking until they are lightly browned
Remove the seafood from the pan
Add garlic, tomato, onion, parsley flakes, thyme, paprika, and stir well
Add the seafood back to the pan, cover, and simmer until the mussels open, stirring occasionally
Turn off heat and serve
