1 kg medium shrimp, whole
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of black pepper
4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1/3 cup (65 g) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/4 cup (60 ml) water
1 cup diced mango (190 g)
1 cup pureed mango (235 g)

Remove the heads, shells, and tails from the shrimp
Place them in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper, and half of the lime juice
Cover and refrigerate
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat
Add the remaining lime juice, ginger, and mango
Stir with a wooden spoon until it's hot (about 1 minute)
Add the reserved shrimp, cover the skillet, and let cook until they're tender (about 5 minutes)
Serve immediately
