1/2 kg of fish fillets or lingcod
2 tablespoons of English Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 cup of breadcrumb
salt and pepper to taste
butter or margarine

Mix the Worcestershire sauce with lemon juice
Brush the fish fillets with the lemon mixture
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Coat in breadcrumbs
Place in a preheated oven-proof dish, greased and cover each piece with a small amount of butter or margarine
Bake in the oven at moderate temperature
Serve with mayonnaise mixed with finely chopped pickles.
