In a bowl, crumble the bread and add water
In a food processor, grind the cooked fish, adding the soaked bread and grinding again
Add chopped onion and other seasonings
Mix well

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over high heat
Using the fish mixture, shape into flat patties and coat with flour
Fry until golden brown, then drain on paper towels
If desired, serve with mashed potato.
