1 Bengal or filio of garlic
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of butter
1 Bengal or filio of garlic

Cut the garlic in half, lengthwise
Place in the oven to toast
Remove from the oven and scrape the clove of garlic over the cut surface until you reach the tip of this clove (as if you were grating)
Brush the garlic with melted butter and reserve until serving time
When serving, warm the garlic in a moderate preheated oven (180°)
Serves 6 to 8 people.
