3 slices of black bread
2 slices of white bread
2 tablespoons of bamboo shoots
1/2 bell pepper cut into strips
60g of mussels in conserva

Fry the mussels in the water, along with the vinegar. Reserve
Combine the black and white bread to make this sandwich
On top of the white bread, place the bamboo shoots, some mussels (reserve the rest) and a bit of bell pepper slices
On top of the black bread, place the reserved mussels and the remaining bell pepper.
